1. Library Help: Starting next week (May 17th) Mrs. Toler, our Librarian, is requesting volunteer help in the library with end-of-year tasks such as shelving books and putting books in shelf order. If you would like to volunteer some of your time, please email her that you would like to help and arrange a day/time. Email to atoler@huffmanisd.net

Direct Donation
If you’re like many parents, your life is very busy. Between going to work or volunteering, taking your children to extra-curricular activities, caring for your home, and running errands, you’re probably already over-extended. Organizing and volunteering at PTA fundraisers is important to you, but you wonder if there might be a way to make better use of your time and get the same or better results for your PTA. Your tax-decutible donation to PTA will help maintain the many services PTA provides to our school community. If you would like to make a donation, send to Ben Bowen Elementary PTA, PO Box 130, Huffman TX 77336. A receipt will be sent to you for your records if you request one.

communications. Since Ben Bowen ECC has over 500 students whose parents will receive these publications and access the website, this will offer advertising value for your contribution.

Throughout the school year, teachers have special items they may need supplied by volunteers. If you'd like to help your child's class, view individual lists here.
WANTED: We need enthusiastic and dependable individuals. Enrich our school with your talents and capabilities! Any person who is concerned with the quality of education and wants to help children can be a volunteer. If you have some "spare" time, we have many opportunities.
Have any skills or talents that you could share? Do you enjoy photography, like to write, decorate, sew, cook, plan events, create? Have some extra time on your hands to come help teachers or children? We want to hear from you.
